Welcome to Dar Al Zain Foods, operated under Al Salwa General Trading FZE.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Please read them carefully.
1. Products We Sell
Dar Al Zain specializes in fresh poultry products, including:
Whole Chicken (700g – 1.2kg)
Chicken Whole Leg (500g)
Chicken Wings (500g)
Chicken Breast (500g)
Chicken Thighs (500g)
Chicken Liver (500g)
Chicken Heart (500g)
Chicken Gizzards (500g)
Chicken Bone (500g)
Chicken Feet (500g)
All products are fresh, processed daily, and sourced through our approved slaughterhouse partners.
2. Order Process
Once an order is placed on our website and confirmed by our team, the following steps occur:
We notify the slaughterhouse.
Your order is freshly processed, cleaned, and packaged.
A driver or delivery truck collects your order directly from the slaughterhouse.
Throughout transport, your poultry is kept at a safe temperature of 0–5°C.
Your order is delivered to the address you provided during checkout.
We will contact you if there are any issues or questions regarding your order.
3. Delivery Times
We provide same-day delivery, depending on order volume and location.
Delivery times may vary based on traffic, weather, and operational conditions.
4. Refund & Return Policy
Because we sell fresh food products, we follow strict health and safety guidelines.
We offer refunds or replacements ONLY if the product is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect due to OUR mistake.
We do NOT offer refunds or returns in the following situations:
Customer mishandling or improper storage
Change of mind
Delays caused by the customer’s unavailability
Incorrect address or contact information provided by the customer
Once delivered, the customer is responsible for storing poultry at 0–5°C immediately.
5. Payment Terms
We currently accept the following payment methods:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Paymob card payments, including:
Visa
Mastercard
American Express
Apple Pay
All payments must be completed before or at the time of delivery.
6. Liability
Dar Al Zain is not responsible for:
Delivery delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or external factors
Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
Any issues arising from the customer mishandling, improperly storing, or misusing the food
Any health or safety issues arising after delivery due to improper storage (food MUST be kept at 0–5°C)
Once the order is delivered, custody and responsibility of the product transfer to the customer.
