At Dar Al Zain Foods, we deliver freshly processed poultry directly from our partnered slaughterhouse to your doorstep. Our goal is to ensure every order arrives fresh, safe, and on time.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across all UAE regions.
If your address is outside our delivery zone, we will contact you.

2. Same-Day Delivery

All orders placed during business hours are eligible for same-day delivery, depending on slaughterhouse processing times and driver availability.

After you place an order:

1. We confirm your order

2. The slaughterhouse processes and packages your items fresh

3. A driver collects your order

4. The products are transported at 0–5°C until delivery

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on:

• Traffic conditions

• Weather

• Order volume

• Your location

We always aim to deliver as fast as possible while maintaining freshness standards.

4. Delivery Temperature & Handling

Your poultry order is kept at a food-safe temperature of 0–5°C throughout processing and transit.

Once delivered, the customer is responsible for proper storage and handling.

5. Failed Deliveries

A delivery is considered failed if:

• The customer does not answer

• The customer gives an incorrect address

• The driver is unable to reach the location

In these cases, the order cannot be refunded, due to the nature of fresh food.
